Meet the Team

Caitlin joined our team with scheduling experience in both the dental and medical fields. Her knowledge and friendly personality help create a welcoming experience for patients as they enter the office or call with questions about scheduling and treatment. Outside the office, Caitlin enjoys cooking and baking, spending time with her family, and being outdoors with her dog, Winnie.

Tori joined our team with over a decade of experience in dentistry, bringing both clinical and administrative expertise to her role. She enjoys connecting with patients and helping them better understand their dental benefits and financial options so they can feel confident about their care. Outside the office, Tori enjoys camping, fishing, riding ATVs, and spending time with her husband and two children.

Stephanie started in the field of dentistry as a dental assistant in 1999. After working as an assistant for several years, she enrolled in the dental hygiene program at the University of Maine where she received her degree in dental hygiene. She is certified in CPR and takes more than 20 hours of continuing education per year. Stephanie enjoys sharing her extensive knowledge of the relationships of gum health and overall health, and helping patients develop and maintain good oral health routines. Stephanie is an avid camper and a vintage camper enthusiast. She enjoys spending time with her husband Travis and daughter Ashli, and grandson Nico.

Michelle brings over 30 years of experience to Augusta Dental, combining her Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene from Westbrook College and her Bachelor’s degree in Public Health from the University of Maine at Farmington. Passionate about patient care and education, she helps individuals feel at ease while guiding them toward better oral and overall health. Michelle stays current in the ever-evolving field of dentistry by completing over 20 hours of continuing education each year. Outside of work, she enjoys skiing, hiking, traveling, and cooking.  

Lily graduated from The University of Maine at Augusta with her Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene.  Known for her warm chairside manner, Lily takes pride in creating a comfortable environment for patients of all ages. In her free time, you can often find her on Cobbossee lake spending time with her family, or playing a game of cribbage with her husband, Logan.

Tammie has been a dental assistant at this practice for over 20 years. She loves helping our patients improve their smiles and educating them in all dentistry has to offer. Tammie has a naturally calming demeanor that quickly puts patients at ease.  She’s a constant learner and a highly experienced dental assistant. Tammie enjoys gardening, cooking and hiking with her husband, Gary, and has two adult children, Ryan and Kaylee.

Carolyne has been a dental assistant since 2012 and earned the title, certified dental assistant by successfully completing the dental assistant national board in 2015.  She is certified as a Dental Assistant with Extended Functions meaning she has the training, knowledge and ability to place fillings and sealants, along with many other advanced procedures. Carolyne has a fun and friendly personality that her patients really enjoy.  Carolyne and her husband Ethan have two children; Wyott and Mackenzie. They, as a family, love to spend quality time together while fishing and hiking.

Jazmyne began her career in dentistry as a dental assistant and quickly realized it was her dream job. Her passion for chairside assisting and warm personality help patients feel comfortable and at ease during their visits.

Outside the office, Jazmyne enjoys spending time with friends and family, working with her dad on building her tiny home, cooking and baking, and binge-watching her favorite shows.
